Altitude - BoBunny DT

Hello again :)

Today I have a couple of things to show you using BoBunny's Altitude range.  I love this collection!  Im a sucker for snowflakes lol :)

I wanted to send a Christmas decoration as a thank you gift but I didn't just want to wrap it in paper and then post it.  I wanted to do something with a bit more thought to convey my thanks.  This person loves Christmas just as much as me I think :) and has been extremely supportive and encouraging to me over the last couple of years.  I just wanted to say thanks!
I had held onto this container thinking it would come in handy, and it was perfect for the purple tones of Altitude.

To cover the box Ive used the 6x6 paper pad to cover the sides.  The cluster on the front is made from die cut poinsettias, petals and the new Stamp stickers!

For the tag I have created my background using silver and blue glimmer sprays, and then randomly stamped the background with a selection of four different stamps.  The last stamp applied was a snowflake, that I white embossed.

The 'Noel' has been die cut and then inked with Blueberry ink pad and I have inked the snowflakes with versa mark, then embossed white powder over them, and  lastly added glitter paste.

So, Juliana :)  this was for you!
Thank you for all your help with the endless questions, my at times computer ineptitude ;) and all the encouragement you've given me.  I really appreciate it!!!!

Thanks for popping by everyone.
Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Collage - BoBunny DT

Hi Everyone!

How are those homemade Christmas cards coming along?
I used to make all of mine, til time and sanity kicked in lol.  These days I still make a few but not the 30 or so I used to make!  Just a few special ones.  I did get a bit of stick for sending out bought ones ;)  but hey, in my defence there are some gorgeous cards out there to buy!!

Today I have a couple of cards to show you using BoBunny's Christmas Collage.  I love that it has a distinctive heritage feel to it, but also a bit of a modern twist to it too.

The idea for the first card I found trawling through Pinterest for some ideas, I was wanting to do something a bit different.  Course it makes posting………… interesting!
To create the cluster in my fold Ive just layered some of the new petals with BoBunny blossoms and tucked in some Noteworthy pieces, a little chipboard banner and fussy cut some ivy from a tag.  it need something to finish it off so I added some lace, muslin, string and a button and then splattered some gold glimmer spray, and my fav stitches stamp.

Heres a  of closeups so you can see what I mean.

The second is simpler and much more postage friendly ;)  and Ive used some Leaky Shed chipboard. All I did to alter it was painted it with gesso, randomly stamped and then inked with pinecone.  Really easy but effective!

The poinsettias are Spellbinders and the leaves are part of the Tim Holtz Pinecone die.  Heres some more close ups for you :)

Thanks for popping by!
